1. The first week after surgery you should not perform any strenuous activities, lift heavy objects, or bend over 

   towards the floor.

   手术后第一周请不要做剧烈的运动，举重物或弯腰。

 

2. Perform cold compresses with clean gauze or towel the first 3 days after surgery at least 4-5 times 

    a day for 15 minutes each time.

    术后前3天请用干净的纱布或毛巾做冷敷，至少4­5次，每次15 分钟。

 

3. Use the eye drops and antibiotic ointment as directed.

     请按照医嘱使用眼药水和抗生素眼膏。

 

4. The day after surgery you can shower but avoid getting the eyelids wet with soapy water

     术后第二天可以淋浴，但不要让肥皂水淋湿眼睑。

 

5. If you have any discomfort you can take Tylenol but do not take any aspirin or aspirin related products products 

    because it can cause more bruising or bleeding

    如果觉得眼部不适可以服用 Tylenol (泰诺)，但不要服用阿司 匹林或任何阿司匹林相关的药物 (ibuprofen, motrin, advil, Excedrin),

    因为这些药物可以引起更多的淤肿或出血。

 

6. In 1 week you will follow up at 1740 South St. Suite 400 Philadelphia, PA 19146 

    术后一周请按约定时间到眼科门诊复查 Post­op / 术后复查 

 

7. If your eyelid become swollen red, or the eye becomes painful, or you lose vision you must call 267­-607-­6888 

    如果眼睑变得红肿， 或出现眼痛或失明，请马上拨打电话267­607­6888。  

 

 

Instructions for using your medications

 

❏ Erythromycin ophthalmic ointment (antibiotic ointment) 红霉素眼膏（抗生素眼膏）

    Apply twice a day to your eyelids 一天2次，涂抹于眼睑上

 

❏ Preservative Free Artificial tears 无保存剂人工泪液

    One drop every 2 hours to the operated eye 每2小时一次，每次一滴于手术眼

 

❏ Preservative Free Lubricating eye ointment 无保存剂润滑眼膏

    Apply at bedtime to the operated eye 睡前涂抹于手术眼
